Founded by directors Daniel Fear and Caileigh Oswald, Fearless Civil Contractors combines hands-on industry experience with a genuine commitment to customer service. Daniel leads project delivery with a practical, solutions-focused approach and a passion for producing quality workmanship that stands the test of time. Caileigh oversees the business operations, ensuring every client receives clear communication, efficient project coordination, and a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to project completion.

  • Can you help with site preparation and excavation before concreting?

    Yes. One of the benefits of working with Fearless Civil Contractors is that we can manage both the earthworks and concreting, making the process simpler and more efficient.

  • What happens if unexpected rock, roots or unsuitable ground is found?

    Our quotes are based on the site conditions that can reasonably be identified at the time of quoting. 


    Unexpected underground obstructions such as buried rock, large roots, boulders or unsuitable material may require additional excavation, removal or fill. 


    Any additional work and associated costs will be discussed with you before proceeding wherever practicable.

  • Do I need council approval or other approvals for my project?

    Some building and civil works may require approvals depending on the type, size and location of the project. 


    We can discuss your project requirements with you, however, approval requirements can vary and should be confirmed with the relevant local authority or certifier.
